HMD was started by Brian de la Motte who has been working in the field of software development and data engineering for over 15 years. Brian is very passionate about leadership and building great culture, while exceeding expectations for our clients. He also heads up Partnyr.com – the world’s first Tenant Data Company and creator of the Renter Score™.
A lot of people ask, “Why did you name your company Hidden Mountain Data?”.
First, we love mountains! We got tons of them in Idaho. They are the best! Secondly, we believe data has a lot of hidden gems. Most companies are sitting on a hidden mountain of data just waiting to be turned into new actionable insights. Third, sometimes it takes an uphill battle to develop a great product – much like climbing a peak. Have you ever conquered a mountain and stood at the top overlooking everything in sight? That’s what it feels like to develop a great product or tackle a big project and we want to help other companies have that feeling too.
